(de)motivate me

So, I've become a fan of a site that has made a point on the "art" of motivation.
They say psychology tells us that true, lasting motivation can only come from within. Common sense tells us it can't be manufactured or productized. But since people desperately want to believe that there are simple solutions to complex problems, then desperation has disposable income, and market opportunities abound.
Therefore, as they believe motivational products create unrealistic expectations, raising hopes only to dash them, they've created sublime pieces of soul-crushingly depressing demotivating designs.

I plan to analyze each piece, based on daily situations.
